　　新华社澳门10月20日电（记者刘刚、齐菲）由澳门特别行政区终审法院主办的“第十三届葡萄牙语国家和地区最高法院院长论坛”20日在澳门开幕。

　　澳门特区行政长官岑浩辉在论坛开幕式上致辞表示，澳门凭借“一国”之本、“两制”之利、中西文化交融之特，完全可以在“法律互通、司法互信、法治共赢”上大展身手：让清晰的规则提振投资者信心，让高效的司法保障合同履行，让多元解纷机制降低交易成本，让公平正义成为各国民心相通的坚实纽带。

　　岑浩辉表示，澳门特区如今已从论坛的新成员成长为积极的参与者、推动者，这背后是“一国两制”下司法独立的坚实保障。基本法赋予的独立司法权和终审权，得以在法律框架内深耕法治土壤，更以中葡双语的独特优势，成为连接中国与葡语世界的天然桥梁。葡萄牙语国家和地区最高法院院长及代表来澳门出席论坛，既是对澳门法治进步的高度肯定，更为澳门续写“法治澳门”新篇章注入强劲动力。

心語：越界的邊缘，成長的界碑

十八岁的我们，站在人生的十字路口，前方是光明的坦途，也有可能隐藏着荆棘。对“十八禁”的探索，与其说是一种叛逆，不如说是一种对生命完整性的渴望，一种在界限中寻找自我的本能。在这探索的过程中，我们也在不自觉地为自己的成长画下界碑。

　　本次论坛于20日至21日在澳门中国与葡语国家商贸合作服务平台综合体举行。与会代表将就“法律与司法作为促进各民族人文共融及其社会经济发展的要素”议题进行讨论和交流。

　　应澳门特区终审法院院长宋敏莉的邀请，安哥拉、佛得角、赤道几内亚、莫桑比克、葡萄牙、圣多美和普林西比及东帝汶共7个葡萄牙语国家的最高司法法院院长或代表率代表团来澳出席会议，巴西最高法院院长以录播方式参与会议。
