新华社香港10月9日电（禹丽贞、刘展威）加速建设国际创新科技中心的香港，正积极展现其在推动女性参与科技创新方面的努力与成就。香港特区政府创新科技及工业局副局长张曼莉近日接受新华社记者专访时表示，香港女性不仅是科研领域的“领航者”，更是产业舞台的“实干家”，呈现出百花齐放的生动局面。

张曼莉指出，特区政府将创新科技发展置于头等位置，通过“两路发力”策略推动创科发展。一方面，特区政府致力于打造上、中、下游协同发展的创科生态圈，既强化上游基础科研，争取在前沿性、引领性甚至颠覆性科技上实现突破，同时也在中下游推动成果转化和产业化，以构建香港的科技产业体系。

另一方面，以“三大创科园区”（包括香港科学园、数码港以及即将开园的河套深港科技创新合作区香港园区）与“五大研发机构”为战略平台，汇聚全球创科资源与人才。

“在香港创科生态上，女性发挥着很重要和关键的作用。在科研端，香港培育了许多世界知名的女科学家。”张曼莉举例道，世界知名的脑神经科学家、香港科技大学校长叶玉如教授，中国科学院院士、亚洲首位获得贝勒奖牌的科学家任咏华教授，以及香港中文大学消化疾病研究全国重点实验室主任于君教授，都是香港女科学家的杰出代表，还有不少青年女科学家成为后起之秀。“凭着深厚的学术造诣，她们成为推动产学研发展的中坚力量。”

产业端的女性力量同样令人瞩目。张曼莉提到，在“InnoHK创新香港研发平台”上，一家由女科学家联合创办的初创企业，仅两年便成长到接近“独角兽”规模，产品行销全球；香港科学园、数码港培育的企业家中，女性企业家也占据一定比例。值得关注的是，在创科治理层面，特区政府助力成立的粤港澳大湾区院士联盟、国际院士联盟均由女性担任领导，成为香港创科治理的坚实栋梁。

为进一步释放女性创科潜力，特区政府从政策、平台、生态三方面发力，打造平等发展环境。“香港作为开放多元的国际大都会，为男女提供平等机会。”张曼莉介绍，在香港，女性占人口比例超过一半；香港的注册会计师和律师当中，超过一半是女性；在特区政府管治团队中，15位局长中有7位女性。

Theattackwasswift,brutal,andutterlyunexpected.Notthegrand,elementalonslaughtofaFatuiHarbinger,northecunningtrapsoftheAbyssOrder,butsomethingfarmoreinsidiousinitscrudeness.Anet,wovenwiththreadsthatseemedtoabsorblight,ensnaredherbeforeshecouldevenfullyreact.Theroughfibersbitintoherskin,ajarringsensationalientothesmooth,polishedsurfacessheusuallyencountered.Panic,asensationGanyurarelyindulged,begantobloominherchest.TheTreasureHoarders,abandofopportunisticbrigandsshehadencounteredonlyinpassingonthefringesofLiyue’scivilizedlands,weretheperpetrators.Theirfaces,contortedwithgreedandasurprising,almostbarbaricglee,wereastarkcontrasttotherefinedthreatsshewasaccustomedto.

Astheydraggedheraway,thebrightLiyuesun,usuallyasymbolofhopeandprosperity,seemedtomockherplight,castinglong,distortedshadowsthatdancedwithherdespair.Thesoundsofthecityfaded,replacedbytherustlingofleavesandthecrunchofgravelundertheirhurriedfootsteps.Eachstepawayfromthefamiliar,fromthesafetyofherduties,feltlikeabetrayalofeverythingshestoodfor.ThethoughtofNingguang,ofthesleeplessnightsshehadspentensuringLiyue’sstability,ofthecountlesstimesshehadsacrificedherownpeaceforthegreatergood,filledherwithagnawingguilt.Shehadfailed.TheQilin,thediligentsecretary,theunwaveringprotector,hadbeencapturedlikeacommonthief.

Eachpassinghourwasatestamenttoherhelplessness.HerinnateCryoabilities,thoughsuppressed,stillpulsedfaintlywithinher,aconstantreminderofwhatshehadlost.Itwaslikehavingwingsandbeingconfinedtotheground,acrueltauntofhertruenature.Shetriedtoanalyzethecompositionofthecage,searchingforanyweakness,anyloosejointthatcouldbeexploited.Hersharpeyes,accustomedtospottingthesubtlestofdetailsinherwork,nowscannedforanychinkinherarmor.Butthecraftsmanship,whilecrude,wassurprisinglyrobust,designedforthesolepurposeofcontainment.

TheTreasureHoarders,intheircrudefashion,werenotentirelywithoutaplan.Theyspokeofabuyer,someonewhowouldpayhandsomelyforacreatureoflegend.Thedetailswerevague,lostintheirdrunkenramblings,buttheimplicationwasclear:Ganyuwasacommodity,herfreedomtiedtothewhimsofunseenindividuals.Thisthoughtfueledafreshwaveofanxiety.TheFatuiwerepredictableintheircruelty,theAbyssOrderintheirmalice.Butthesecommoncriminals,drivenbysimplegreed,wereamoreunpredictablethreat.Theiractionscouldbeimpulsive,theirdemandsunreasonable,theirultimategoalsolelyfinancial.

Ganyu’smind,however,wasafortressthatevenphysicalchainscouldnotfullybreach.Shebegantorecallhertraining,thelessonslearnedfromtheadepti,theresilienceforgedthroughcenturiesofservice.Sheobservedhercaptors,notingtheirroutines,theirshiftsinguard,theirmomentsofcomplacency.Theiroverconfidencewastheirgreatestweakness,theirbeliefintheirimpregnablecageafatalflaw.Shelistenedtotheirconversations,piecingtogetherfragmentsofinformation,tryingtounderstandtheirmotivationsandtheirnetworks.Theywereascattered,disorganizedgroup,unitedonlybytheirsharedpursuitofill-gottengains.

Daysbledintonights,markedonlybythechanginglightandthecyclicalsoundsofthecamp.TheinitialbravadooftheTreasureHoardersbegantowane,replacedbyanervousanticipation.Thepromisedbuyerwasyettoarrive,andwitheachpassingmoment,theiruneasegrew.Ganyu,inherquietobservation,noticedthisshift.Theguardsbecamemorevigilant,theirmovementsmoreagitated.Thewhispersamongthemturnedfromboaststoanxieties.

Then,anewsoundcutthroughtheusualcampchatter–thefaint,melodicchimeofbells.Itwasasoundthat,inothercircumstances,mighthavebroughthercomfort,butnow,itsentarippleofuncertaintythroughher.TheTreasureHoardersreactedwithamixtureofexcitementandapprehension.Theygatheredtheirweapons,theireyesdartingtowardsthesourceofthesound.Ganyu’sheart,whichhadbeensteadilycalminginitsrhythm,begantopoundanew.Wasthisthebuyer?Orwasitanewthreat,drawnbythecommotion?

Asthesoundgrewcloser,afigureemergedfromthetrees.Itwasn'tthebrutishfigureofaseasonedbandit,northecold,calculatingdemeanorofaFatuiagent.Instead,itwasayoungwoman,herattiresimplebutelegant,hereyessharpandobservant.Shecarriedasmalllute,fromwhichthemelodicchimesemanated.Ganyurecognizedher.Itwasatravelingbard,someoneshehadencounteredonoccasion,knownforherquickwitandheruncannyabilitytogatherinformation.

TheTreasureHoarders,initiallywary,quicklyrevertedtotheirgreedynature.Theysawanotherpotentialmark,anothersourceofwealth.Butthebardwasnoteasilyintimidated.Shespokewithacalmauthority,hervoicecuttingthroughtheirbluster.Ganyu,thoughunabletounderstandthefullexchange,couldsensetheshiftingtides.Thebardwasnotheretobuy;shewasheretoobserve,toperhapsevennegotiate.

Aflickerofhope,fragileyetpersistent,ignitedwithinGanyu.Thisunexpectedarrival,thisdeviationfromhercaptors’plan,presentedanopportunity.Thebard,withhersharpintellectandhernetworkofcontacts,mightbethekeytoherescape.Ganyufocusedherremainingenergy,asubtlesurgeofCryo,notenoughtobreakherbonds,butenoughtosendafainttremorthroughthecage.Itwasasilentsignal,adesperatepleasentintothenight.

Thebard’seyes,quickasahawk’s,caughtthesubtlemovement.Athoughtfulexpressioncrossedherface.ShecontinuedherconversationwiththeTreasureHoarders,herwordsaskillfuldiversion,buthergazeoccasionallyflickeredtowardsGanyu’scage.Itwasasilentunderstanding,anascentallianceforgedintheshadows.Thenightwasstillyoung,andthefateoftheQilinhungprecariouslyinthebalance,butforthefirsttimesincehercapture,Ganyufeltaglimmerofpossibility.Thechainsofdespairwerestillheavy,butanewmelody,oneofhope,hadbeguntoplayinthedarkness.Thejourneybacktofreedom,sheknew,wouldbefraughtwithperil,butnow,shewasnotentirelyalone.

此外，特区政府通过多种政策支持女性科技创业。新推出的“产学研1+计划”“创科产业引导基金”等，都秉持唯才是用、注重开放平等的原则。此外，特区政府在委任咨询及法定组织的非官方成员时，设定了至少35%为女性的目标。截至2024年12月，这一比例已达到35.2%。

除政策支持外，特区政府还积极引导民间力量，共同构建支持女性发展的创科生态圈。张曼莉介绍，工程及科技学会香港分会设立了“杰出女青年工程师奖”，有创科基金专门为女性提供实习机会。香港科技园公司也与社会基金合作，举办活动让女中学生更早接触创科生态。

“通过不同活动及平台，政企社协同发力，香港为女性创科创业者营造了广阔空间。”张曼莉说，特区政府致力于打造一个让女性创科者“敢想、敢干、敢成”的乐土，希望每一个创科梦想都能在这里绚烂绽放。
