人民网澳门9月1日电 （记者富子梅）9月1日早上7:15，载有6位澳门学生的首辆琴澳跨境学生专车，以“随车查验、免下车通关”的全新模式，通过横琴口岸，开往澳门各学校。

“从横琴乘坐免费的跨境学生专车，到达学校仅需半小时，比此前一小时的通勤，快了一倍，非常方便快捷。”澳门培华中学高一学生叶栩栩说。

记者在横琴口岸现场看到，从两地海关人员分别登车查验，到车辆顺利通过口岸，用时不到5分钟。“新措施要求所有乘车人员提前预录资料，以便出入境事务部门预先掌握；专车通关时学生无需下车即可办妥通关手续，显著提高了通关效率。”澳门治安警察局出入境管制厅副警务总长郭丽燕告诉记者。

“新举措让学生方便，家长、老师放心，更加有利于琴澳两地人员深度交流融合。”培华中学校长李秋林看好新举措的实施。

此前，10岁以下儿童可享免下车通关服务，但10岁以上青少年需下车，走随车人员通道通关。“新措施采用‘人车绑定、资料预录、定时定点、集中查验、全程监控’的闭环管理模式，保障了跨境学生的安全性、便利性和舒适度。”郭丽燕说。

“琴澳跨境学生专车服务是琴澳两地政府深化合作的重要实践成果。”横琴粤澳深度合作区民生事务局局长冯方丹表示，琴澳双方成立联合工作专班，两地超过10个部门通力合作、密切配合，使新举措顺利落地。

据悉，琴澳跨境学生专车试运营阶段服务对象为在琴澳两地跨境就读的小四至高三学生群体，且需为持有《港澳居民来往内地通行证》的中国籍澳门永久性居民。上学时段设6条路线，放学时段设2条路线，分别在澳门半岛、氹仔、路环设17个停靠点，在合作区设6个停靠点，服务范围覆盖澳门27所学校。“首批已有65名学生报名乘坐免费专车，10月中旬开放余额供有需要学生在线报名，并计划每学期开学前接受报名。”冯方丹透露。

“琴澳跨境学生专车不仅是横琴口岸便利通关和跨境通勤的升级优化，更是推动琴澳规则衔接、民生融合的关键一步。”横琴海关副关长郗鑫表示，下一步，琴澳两地部门将持续提升通关便利化水平，为两地居民创造更便捷高效的跨境生活体验。
