北京、河北部分地区洪水逐步退去，任务官兵就地转入灾后重建工作。武警北京总队官兵在北京市怀柔区琉璃庙镇，密云区冯家峪镇、北庄镇和平谷区镇罗营镇参与灾后重建，同时担负潮白河沿线堤岸巡防任务。

河北省军区组织万余名民兵参加张家口市、承德市部分受灾严重地区重建工作，集中清理道路淤泥、街面塌墙倒树，并进行村道抢修。
