农业农村部近日印发养殖业节粮行动实施方案，提出力争到2030年，标准化规模养殖方式的每公斤动物产品平均饲料消耗量比2023年减少0.2公斤以上（降幅达7%以上）；微生物蛋白饲料、餐桌剩余食物饲料化产品、农副资源饲料化产品、昆虫蛋白饲料、动物源蛋白饲料等非粮饲料资源开发利用产能达1000万吨以上，优质饲草产量比2023年新增4000万吨以上；建成一批适度规模、种养结合、生态循环、智慧管理的家庭农场或标准化养殖场；全国养殖业消耗的饲料中粮食用量占比降至60%左右，其中，豆粕用量占比降至10%左右。

方案明确了实施养殖业节粮行动的重点任务，包括大力推广养殖提效节粮技术、充分挖掘利用非粮饲料资源、加快发展优质饲草生产、引导优化养殖品种结构、持续开展技术集成创新与推广、加快完善制度性保障措施等。

方案还提出，农业农村部成立养殖业节粮行动领导小组，各省级农业农村部门因地制宜细化实化落实举措，有序推进各项工作。充分发挥畜牧兽医领域智库、产业技术体系、科研教学机构、行业协会学会的作用，举办多种形式的培训、交流等活动，有序开展新产品、新技术、好案例等评选推介，引导各类生产经营主体积极主动参与。
