香港特区第八届立法会选举投票将于12月7日举行。这是香港在完善选举制度、落实“爱国者治港”原则后举行的又一次重要选举，受到社会各界高度关注。选举提名期已于10月24日正式展开，参选者踊跃报名，显示出新选举制度下竞争有序、气氛理性、参与热烈的良好局面。

新选举制度尽显优势

第八届立法会共设90个议席，分为选举委员会界别40席、功能界别30席、地区直选20席。这一制度安排自2021年完善选举制度以来已沿用两届，旨在确保“爱国者治港”原则全面落实，使立法会既具广泛代表性，又能高效运作，切实反映社会各界利益。

香港特区政府选举事务处公布，本届立法会的提名期为10月24日至11月6日，投票日定于12月7日。

参选者结构呈现老将与新秀并举、资深与基层并重的新趋势。在功能界别内，多人竞争同一席位的现象普遍，体现出专业群体内部的良性竞争；各地区选区报名踊跃，九龙中、港岛西及新界东南等地均出现“三人以上角逐”的情况。

香港各大政团积极响应，目前民建联派出26人参选、工联会派16人出战、经民联宣布14人参选、新民党将派8人参选、自由党则有6人参选……

民建联认为，落实“爱国者治港”原则以及健康的政治生态，要不断有新血注入，他们一直重视培养人才，推动新老交替。工联会团队成员来自不同地区和界别，他们熟悉基层、专业务实，具备丰富的服务社区和参政议政经验，是“想干事、能干事、干成事”的坚定爱国者。

各位参选人的政纲取向务实多样，他们立足专业背景，提出涵盖创科金融、医疗服务、住房改善、劳工权益、区域融合等方面的政纲，强调切实提升市民福祉，助力香港实现长远可持续发展。各界人士普遍认为，这种“以政绩论高下、以服务比能力”的竞选方式，是选举制度完善后香港政治生态趋向理性务实的体现。

在社会层面，选举话题开始进入更多市民日常交流。特区政府已经开始在不同地点举办巡回展览，与市民互动，加深大家对选举的认识。

香港特区选举管理委员会主席陆启康在2025年立法会换届选举启动礼上表示，选举管理委员会将确保立法会换届选举在公开、公正、诚实、安全有序、高效和人性化的情况下进行。他呼吁市民积极投票，共同参与塑造香港的未来。

高质量民主发展道路前景光明

新选制下，第八届立法会选举在第七届立法会成功实践基础上开展，是民主形态优化的体现，展现了竞争激烈有序、社会气氛积极向上的态势，充分体现了高质量民主新气象。

同时值得警惕的是，在香港选举气氛日渐浓厚之际，再次出现了攻击言论。香港特区行政长官李家超28日出席行政会议前对传媒表示，特区政府将严厉依法打击任何破坏选举的违法行为。参选人以政纲论高低、以能力决胜负、以表现争认可，本届选举将会是一场高质量、高水平的良性竞争。
