　　3月底，记者展开第二次在港常驻任期。在新华社香港分社办公楼门口，偶遇正在打扫的保洁员宝姐。已在这里工作16年的她一眼认出了记者，热情地招呼道：“你回来了!”

　　上次见到宝姐，还是“修例风波”期间的2019年9月。74岁的她，模样变化不大，身形依旧单薄，脊背却愈发佝偻。但如今的香港，与5年多前相比，已是焕然一新。

　　不管是铜锣湾，还是尖沙咀，熙熙攘攘的人流又回来了。说着普通话、英语的游客随处可见。大型商场和街边小店和谐共存，为市民和游客带来多元丰富的购物体验。人们搭乘四通八达的港铁，快速奔赴目的地。时代广场、海港城和崇光百货的特卖场，依旧在熟悉的楼层延续着往日的热络。

　　目睹这一切，记者心里由衷感叹：那个热闹祥和的香港回来了!

　　许多朋友问：“你觉得香港有变化吗?”说实话，与“修例风波”和疫情期间相比，香港最大的变化就是复常。走在街头，这里还是像十几年前那样繁华热闹。而复常之外，香港的一些“新变化”，也触动着记者的感官。

　　老街区正重焕生机。漫步在铜锣湾核心地段的利园区，尽管这里曾一度萧条，但疫后很快迎来复苏，眼下修葺一新的品牌店铺让人称叹。港式物业对精致与品质的追求，体现在每一处细节之中。未来这里还将打造连廊，串联起整个园区。不远处的百德新街，重装开业的某日本品牌超市，足足有四层，24小时营业，深受年轻人喜爱。中环置地广场也于去年开始升级计划，扩充提升店铺，引入全新餐饮品牌，巩固香港中环作为国际级品牌零售及商业中心的地位。投资不断加码，证明外界持续看好香港发展前景。

　　新开发区域陆续投入使用。近年来，香港最热门的新区，当属西九龙和启德。坐落于维港畔的西九文化区，占地约40公顷，是全球规模最大的文化项目之一。近年来，区内多项世界级艺术及文化设施，包括戏曲中心、当代国际视觉文化博物馆M+、香港故宫文化博物馆等相继开放，极大提升了香港的文化艺术形象。

　　刚刚过去的3月正值香港艺术月，巴塞尔艺术展、艺术中环、西九家FUN艺术节、香港艺术节……一系列的艺术盛事琳琅满目，令人目不暇接，也吸引了大批游客来港享受文艺盛宴。

　　香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波日前表示，在连串大型盛事推动下，截至3月28日，香港3月接待超过340万名旅客，同比增加约12%。根据香港旅发局发布的统计，去年内地来港过夜旅客娱乐消费增长61.3%至41.9亿港元，逛展、观剧、听演唱会正成为内地游客新的消费模式，引领时尚潮流。

　　内地品牌影响显著增强。记者观察，内地的连锁餐饮、数码产品和电动汽车品牌店铺，在香港闹市区随处可见。在尖沙咀某商场，三家内地品牌奶茶店一字排开，每家店都挤满了年轻人。丰富的货品选择、便利的收货体验也让更多香港人选择内地网购平台和服务。在与香港店员交流时记者发现，与十几年前相比，大多数人的普通话水平提升明显，说得既地道又自然。

　　几年过去，宝姐的收入也增加了三成多。“我的生活在变好，也希望香港越来越好。”宝姐的愿望，既朴实又真挚。

　　香港这座历经风雨的国际都会，正在复常的表象下进行着更为深刻的蜕变。既留存市井烟火的韧性，又生长出联通内地与世界的触角，在传统与现代的交织、东西方文化的交融中，“东方之珠”正淬炼出新的城市基因，锻造出属于新时代的独特气质。
