“风神”继续向西南方向移动。今年第24号台风“风神”昨天（10月21日）晚上加强为台风级，今天（10月22日）早晨8点钟其中心位于海南省三沙市（西沙永兴岛）西偏北方向大约155公里的海面上，中心附近最大风力有12级（33米/秒）。预计，“风神”将继续向西南方向移动，今天早晨至上午强度维持，而后逐渐减弱，并将于10月23日白天以热带风暴级（18~23米/秒，8~9级）在越南中部沿海登陆，登陆后强度快速减弱。

东部和南部海域风力仍然较大。受冷空气和“风神”的共同影响，今天，我国东部、南部海域及沿海地区仍将有6~8级大风，阵风9~10级，其中东海西南部、台湾海峡、巴士海峡、台湾以东洋面、浙江南部沿海、福建沿海、南海西北部和中西部、北部湾的部分海域或地区的风力有9~12级，阵风13~14级。预计明后两天，我国东部、南部海域仍有大风，相关海域作业平台以及往来船舶要做好防御大风的准备，减少不必要的出海作业。

海南岛部分地区降雨较强。此外，今天，海南岛、广东雷州半岛等地有大到暴雨，其中，海南岛东南部等地部分地区有大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。明天，海南岛的降雨将明显减弱。

青藏高原东部将有降雪过程。受高原低槽影响，10月22日夜间至10月24日，青海大部、西藏大部、川西高原中北部、甘肃中部和南部等地将有小到中雪或雨夹雪，其中，青海东部和南部、西藏东北部、川西高原北部等地部分地区有大雪，局地暴雪。雨雪天气道路湿滑，公众外出需注意交通安全。
