近日，我国大部分地区经历“断崖式”降温。新疆、内蒙古、京津冀等地降温幅度超过10℃，可谓“一夜入冬”，很多人表示直接从短袖换上羽绒服。

气象监测显示，在冷空气影响下，10月20日早晨，气温0℃线抵达华北中部一带，北京南郊观象台最低气温达到零下0.5℃。近期北方是否比常年同期更冷？造成气温持续偏低的原因是什么？今年冬天会是冷冬吗？就以上问题，科技日报记者10月22日采访了相关专家。

中央气象台首席预报员马学款告诉记者，10月15日以来，今年下半年最强冷空气席卷我国大部，这股冷空气呈现缓慢渗透南下、持续时间长、降温幅度大等特点，降温过后大江南北都提前感受到了常年11月甚至12月的寒凉，内蒙古、河北、山西、湖北等部分地区气温创当地10月中旬最低纪录。

数据显示，过去10天，我国新疆北部、西北地区东部、内蒙古、华北、东北地区、黄淮、江汉等地偏低1℃—3℃，其中内蒙古东部、东北地区北部和西部偏低4℃—5℃。

据中央气象台预报，10月22日，冷空气影响进入尾声，南北方气温将有所回升。但由于升温幅度较小，大部地区气温将以常年同期正常水平或偏低为主。

未来10天，全国大部地区平均气温较常年同期偏低1℃—3℃，其中内蒙古中部、华北北部、黄淮东部、江汉、江南西部等地部分地区偏低4℃—5℃。

国家气候中心气候预测室高级工程师李多介绍，此次大幅度降温是多种气候系统共同作用的结果。

首先是北极涡旋分裂南下。她解释说，北极与中纬度的气压变化通常有“跷跷板”式的联动变化，气象上称之为“北极涛动”。北极涡旋是环绕北极地区的强大冷性低压系统，通常将极地冷空气“锁”在高纬度地区。但10月上旬以来，受平流层突然增温影响，北极涡旋出现异常分裂和不稳定情况，导致冷空气大规模向南“泄漏”。这种环流异常使得中纬度地区（包括我国北方）频繁遭受寒潮侵袭，形成“断崖式”降温。

其次，西伯利亚高压异常增强。作为亚洲大陆冬季的“冷库”，西伯利亚高压今年提前加强并异常活跃。10月以来，该高压系统持续堆积冷空气，形成强大的气压梯度。当高压系统南下时，有利于引导冷空气呈爆发式倾泻，向南侵入我国北方地区。

此外，西太平洋副热带高压持续偏强偏西偏北，低纬暖湿水汽沿副热带高压外围向北输送，与冷空气在北方地区交汇形成连阴雨天气，也导致气温持续偏低。中央气象台预计，24日前，北方大部气温将处于偏低状态。

尚未入冬，冷空气就来了个“下马威”，很多人担心，今年会是冷冬吗？对此，国家气候中心气候预测室副主任章大全介绍，冷冬/暖冬有着明确的国家标准。

在全国范围内，超过一半的气象观测台站冬季平均气温满足冷冬/暖冬标准，这一年才会被判定为冷冬或是暖冬。自上世纪90年代以来，我国一共出现6个冷冬，均出现在2012年之前。

章大全介绍，目前，赤道中东太平洋海温偏低，预计秋季后期将进入拉尼娜状态。历史上，拉尼娜事件易导致我国冬季气温偏低，北方雪灾及南方低温雨雪风险较高。如2007/2008年和2017/2018年冬季，均为低温冻害和雪灾偏重年份。但受全球变暖影响，近年来拉尼娜年也频繁出现暖冬，如2020/2021年冬季。

此外，我国冬季气候还受北极海冰、积雪及大气环流等多因素影响，需综合研判。“目前预测显示，今年冬季我国气温接近常年或偏暖，但冷暖起伏大、阶段性特征明显，需防范其不利影响。”章大全说。（记者 付丽丽）
