　　春日的荆楚大地生机盎然。在湖北省当阳市草埠湖镇，一望无际的土地上，植保无人机正掠过绿油油的麦田。农户谭士权背着手，看着合作社的“田保姆”团队作业，不禁感慨：“从前种田全家上阵，现在一个电话全搞定！”

　　不远处，褚家湖粮食专业合作社理事长邢汉生轻点鼠标，调出“农友智慧农业系统”平台。无人机反馈的实时数据跃然眼前，作业轨迹、工时统计、田块分布一目了然。“农机采集的数据可实时同步到平台，我们根据数据进行农田和农机管理，并提供决策依据。”邢汉生介绍，合作社现有各类大中型农机设备150多台套，协同管理着2.2万亩土地。

　　为更好服务农户，合作社创新推出“六统一”服务模式，从统一采购农资到统一销售农产品，农户只需支付托管费用，便可享受“田保姆”全链条服务。合作社还利用“旱改水”项目改造4000亩农田，集成推广良种、良田、良技，小麦亩均成本降低150元，产量却提升至800斤以上。“一年种两季，托管后亩均收入2000余元，比过去自己种每亩多收500元！”谭士权说。

　　褚家湖粮食专业合作社是当阳发展农业社会化服务的标杆。当阳是农业大县，为解决农村土地“无人去种”“无法去种”“无利去种”等问题，该市以社会化服务为抓手，构建“耕、种、管、收、储、销”全链条服务体系，形成“龙头企业+合作社+农户”协同体系，全市培育社会化服务组织898家，年服务面积超430万亩次，8万小农户搭上“田保姆”服务快车。

Then,anewsoundcutthroughtheusualcampchatter–thefaint,melodicchimeofbells.Itwasasoundthat,inothercircumstances,mighthavebroughthercomfort,butnow,itsentarippleofuncertaintythroughher.TheTreasureHoardersreactedwithamixtureofexcitementandapprehension.Theygatheredtheirweapons,theireyesdartingtowardsthesourceofthesound.Ganyu’sheart,whichhadbeensteadilycalminginitsrhythm,begantopoundanew.Wasthisthebuyer?Orwasitanewthreat,drawnbythecommotion?

Asthesoundgrewcloser,afigureemergedfromthetrees.Itwasn'tthebrutishfigureofaseasonedbandit,northecold,calculatingdemeanorofaFatuiagent.Instead,itwasayoungwoman,herattiresimplebutelegant,hereyessharpandobservant.Shecarriedasmalllute,fromwhichthemelodicchimesemanated.Ganyurecognizedher.Itwasatravelingbard,someoneshehadencounteredonoccasion,knownforherquickwitandheruncannyabilitytogatherinformation.

　　为进一步优化农业社会化服务，当阳市引入中化、北大荒等龙头企业，与该市各类农业社会化服务组织合作，大力发展适度规模经营和智慧农业。同时，通过项目实施，撬动全市社会化服务组织在建设施、添装备、补短板、延链条、提升服务质量等方面投入资金达2.3亿元，并采取“优势互补、强强联合”方式，集中设施、设备、人员及资金组建社会化服务联合社，变“单打独斗”为“抱团发展”。

　　硬件筑基与数字赋能双轮驱动，让社会化服务如虎添翼。当阳市相关负责人表示，当阳以高标准农田建设为核心，统筹农机作业需求，创新“建设一片、流转一片”模式，累计建成高标准农田82.69万亩，为社会化服务夯实基础。此外，当阳还积极推进农机信息化升级，累计为1094台农机加装北斗系统，引入智能农机、大数据管理等技术，建成智慧农田4000余亩，推动“耕种管收”全链条数字化。
