新华社香港10月29日电（谢妞）“美丽中国，零碳行动”2025年联合国中国青少年环境大会29日在港举行。本届大会通过主旨发言、实践分享、成果展示等活动，宣传展示中国生态文明教育成果，向世界讲好中国青少年在“全面推进美丽中国建设”中的生动故事。

生态环境部副部长于会文现场致辞表示，今年大会选址香港具有特殊意义，香港作为粤港澳大湾区的重要组成部分，在生态环境保护与国际合作交流中发挥着独特桥梁作用。近年来，生态环境部与港澳生态环境部门高频互动，在应对气候变化、海洋生态环境保护、绿色低碳技术等方面开展了更加深入的合作。同时积极推动粤港澳大湾区在生态环境保护领域和国际接轨，加强国际合作交流。

Konan,the"Angel"oftheAkatsuki,wasalwaysportrayedasacalmandcomposedkunoichi.Herdelicateappearance,oftenadornedwithapaperflower,maskedafiercewarriorwithformidablepowers.Yet,eventhestrongestamongushavemomentsofvulnerability,andKonan'siconicsceneofweeping,rollinghereyes,anddroolingisatestamenttothat.Itwasamomentthatshatteredhercarefullyconstructedfacade,revealingarawandprimalpainthatresonateddeeplywithviewers.

Thecontextofthisemotionaloutburstwasthetragicdemiseofherbelovedcompanion,Yahiko.Yahiko,thefounderoftheAkatsukiandKonan'schildhoodfriendandloveinterest,wasbetrayedandkilledduringtheSecondShinobiWorldWar.Thememoryofhisdeath,coupledwiththeAkatsuki'sdescentintoacriminalorganization,weighedheavilyonKonan.WhenshefinallyconfrontedObito,themastermindbehindYahiko'sdeath,herpent-upemotionserupted.

ThevisualofKonan'stears,hereyesrollingbackindespair,andthedroolescapingherlipswasastarkcontrasttoherusualelegantdemeanor.Itwasavisceraldepictionofgrief,shock,andutterheartbreak.Thiswasnotastoicwarriorenduringpain;thiswasawomancompletelyoverwhelmedbyheremotions,arawdisplayofhumansufferingthattranscendedthefictionalrealm.

香港特区政府环境及生态局局长谢展寰表示，香港全力推动低碳绿色转型，致力于2050年前实现碳中和，为国家的“双碳”目标贡献香港力量。活动汇聚内地和港澳的环境教育机构、国内外科研专家，与青少年分享交流在应对气候变化的知识和经验，增强青少年对碳中和的认知和使命感，向世界讲好国家全面建设美丽中国的故事。

深圳海外联谊会会长王强表示，希望港澳青少年永葆“赤子之心”，在碳中和征程中砥砺家国情怀；期待深港澳三地共绘“绿色画卷”，建设生态宜居的粤港澳大湾区；激励青少年激扬“蓝色梦想”，成为可持续发展的薪火传递者。

讨论环节，与会者围绕“认识与实践：青少年绿色低碳行动的路径与案例”“融合与探索：跨学科思维下的可持续发展教育”“创新与赋能：青少年气候教育的升级与突破”等主题进行分组交流。

此外，生态环境部宣传教育中心在活动上发布了《低碳实践视角下的气候变化优秀案例》，为青少年绿色实践提供借鉴。青少年代表共同发起气候行动倡议，呼吁全社会携手践行低碳理念。

本次活动由联合国环境规划署驻华代表处、中国生态环境部宣传教育中心主办，深圳海外联谊会、香港特区政府环境及生态局联合主办。内地及港澳生态环境及教育部门代表、科研院所专家学者、青少年及教师代表等约150人参加活动。
