“旅客身边人”化身移动的出行向导，帮助返京旅客安全、顺利到家。 本报记者 王海欣摄

昨天，超9.3万人到达北京朝阳站，他们从铁路出站口“鱼贯而出”，经朝阳站交通枢纽换乘其它交通工具回家。这是朝阳站开站以来的到站客流最高峰日，也是朝阳站交通枢纽迎来的首次“春运大考”。

“旅客身边人”化身移动的出行向导，党员车队、网约车保障车队定点循环接送，还有地铁延时运营、夜间免费摆渡车拉旅客到指定地点，温暖的接驳服务帮助返京旅客安全、顺利到家。

微信群凌晨招呼司机奔车站

昨天凌晨0点到6点间，朝阳站并未像往常一样安静下来，仍有16趟高铁列车到达。车站不闭站，接驳服务不停歇。记者注意到，0点后，打车人数陡然增多。市重点站区管委会相关负责人解释：“地铁3号线开通后，白天近一半客流选择坐地铁离站，而一到晚上，大部分到站旅客会选择网约车、出租车离站，接驳区的瞬时客流压力增大。”

“朝阳站现在人多，附近的师傅们可以过来……”朝阳站出租车司机群里，出租车调度站项目经理杨海峰和同事不时发送用车信息，再配上客流到站信息，包括列车的到站时刻、正晚点情况、现场的实时图片。附近司机看到消息会过来“支援”。杨海峰介绍，工作人员共建了四五十个微信群，并通过出租车公司将上万名出租车司机拉进群，方便车流断线时及时补充。

“别着急，您先去后面排队，也可以同步排网约车，或坐免费的摆渡车。”在朝阳站地下一层南侧出租车调度站，面对大客流，作为“旅客身边人”的杨海峰一边协调更多的出租车，一边维持秩序、解答疑问，给旅客快速回家支招儿。问询五花八门，他耐心地一一回复。一晚上下来，嗓子喊哑了，经过简单的休息，早上又继续上岗盯班。

现场，还有150余辆党员车队集结，送乘客到家后，他们空车跑回朝阳站再次接人。网约车蓄车区域，近200辆网约车保障车赶来。“这些车几乎没有等待时间，一回朝阳站拉上人就走。”一位工作人员介绍。

为了让深夜到站的旅客能快速到家，返程高峰期间，地铁3号线朝阳站下行延时至凌晨2点；夜13公交加密；0点至2点30分，还开行去往国贸、三元桥等方向的免费摆渡车。

“智能候车看板”方便旅客找车

朝阳站交通枢纽网约车接驳区有了新的“智能引导员”。昨天上午10点，记者在B2层看到，每当有一辆网约车开进通道上车点处，广播就会自动捕捉车牌号并大声播报，提醒旅客及时上车。候车区还设置了“智能候车看板”，可自动识别进站车辆的车牌号，等车旅客通过查看大屏幕，能及时了解自己约的车辆是否到达，找车更清晰、方便。

“大家手机定位，一定要选朝阳站交通枢纽B2层网约上车点。”由于网约车上车点多，为了防止旅客找错上车点，现场有数位“旅客身边人”不停地疏导车辆和乘客，帮人找车、帮车找人，还麻利地帮旅客把行李搬上车。

春运期间，朝阳站还协调网约车公司发放总价值超1000万元的专属打车出行优惠券包，从朝阳站出发的旅客使用可减免一定的费用。

今年春运，不少旅客都感受到了变化。“回家更方便了！”旅客马轩常往返北京与大连，“今年最大的感受是不堵了，地铁开通后，私家车、网约车接送得少了，朝阳站周围的交通秩序好多了。”

“旅客身边人”成为“活地图”

“往前走，第三个柱子右转，坐扶梯上去就是车站。”下午3点，朝阳站交通枢纽“旅客身边人”问询台，问路的旅客一个接着一个。几十位身穿“蓝马甲”的志愿者穿梭在枢纽的各个角落，为旅客答疑解惑，并提供出行手册、彩虹指引条等，成为旅客出行的“向导”“活地图”。

地铁3号线开通后，志愿者李静最常解答的问题，从“公交怎么走”变成了“地铁怎么走”。她面前的桌上，有一个大的文件夹，里面夹着厚厚的资料，包含了北京各大公园、医院、地铁、学校等几百个点位的信息，从朝阳站出发到目的地的换乘方式都在里面标明，最推荐的路线还加粗、加大、加红。“我们把这些引导资料做得醒目，特别方便那些用不惯导航的老年旅客，他们可以拍照记录，对着找地方更方便。”李静说。

春运期间，北京市重点站区管委会面向全社会发布“旅客身边人”志愿服务品牌，除了站区工作人员，在春运返程高峰阶段还组织各方志愿服务力量，为旅客指路，还与地铁、铁路方面接力护送乘坐轮椅的旅客，提供多方保障。（胡子傲）
